Man loses control of truck, slides into Avon pond
AVON, Ind. (WISH) — Authorities were on the scene after a man lost control of his truck into a pond Monday.
It happened in the area of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in the 9000 block of East County Road.
Officials believe the man was pulling off the road to enter an address into his GPS when he lost control and slid off the parking lot and into the pond.
The driver is said to be OK following the accident.
