19-year-old arrested after deadly shooting at skating rink
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One man has been arrested after a fatal shooting at a northwest side skating rink.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has arrested 19-year-old Damon Lewis Jr. on a preliminary charge of murder.
Lewis is charged with the murder of 32-year-old Justin Anderson.
Around 12:31 a.m. Monday, IMPD responded to the Skateland skating rink at 3902 Glen Arm Road. That’s near 38th Street and Interstate 465.
Police said an altercation inside the skating rink moved outside, and Anderson was fatally shot.
