‘Hope Renewed’ is Carmel’s theme for orchestra season, first ever virtual International Arts Festival

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH)– The Carmel Symphony Orchestra has announced its plans for this year’s concert season. They call this year’s theme “Hope Renewed.”
It’s dedicated to getting through the troubles of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The Carmel International Arts Festival is also back in 2020 but because of the COVID-19 pandemic the event will be virtual only for the first time. Even though the in-person festival was canceled for 2020, organizers are hoping people will still support the more than 100 artists who are participating.

Watch the videos to hear from Rachel Ferry, executive director of the Arts Festival and Jeanelle Adamak with the Carmel Symphony Orchestra on the anticipation of both events and what it means to get support from the community.

Carmel Orchestra will hit the stage for its first “Hope Renewed” performance in October. Click here to get tickets and visit the link here for more on what to expect from this year’s Carmel International Arts Festival.
