Baby cost

In the United States, without complications, the average cost is $10,800 to have a baby, according to the International Federation of Health Plans.

Complicated births that require c-sections have a higher cost that could add thousands of dollars and the number of American mothers who have had this costlier procedure has increased by 500% during the last 50 years.

Chipotle

Chiptole is testing unlimited paid time off and paid parental leave.

Chiptole executives say they want to make sure employees have time to spend with families and for important life events.

The changes will take place at some point in 2020.

Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo is raising its minimum wage.

Hourly workers’ pay will got up to $15 to $20 per hour, based on where the job is based.

The pay raises, taking effect by the end of 2020, will affect more than 20,000 employees.

Jobs report

The February jobs report is out later this morning.

Wall Street expects 225,000 jobs to have been created last month.

The jobless rate is expected to hold steady at 3.6%.
