Carmel officials search for pair in connection to theft, fraud

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — Carmel police are seeking your help in tracking down a man and woman they said stole a woman’s purse and later used her credit cards. 

Officials say a woman had her purse stolen from the 10000 block of North Michigan Road.

Police believe the woman pictured in a dark red wig is responsible. The man in the white hat also pictured is believed to have later used the victim’s credit cards to purchase items.
