Dog rescue facility area honors fallen IMPD officer Bradway
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Two years ago Sunday, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer Rod Bradway lost his life in the line of duty.
Bradway was honored on Saturday.
The Rod’s Run area is now part of the new home for the German Shepherd Rescue of Indianapolis.
Bradway volunteered many hours of time for the rescue.
His wife, Jamie, continues to donate her time.
Saturday’s honor was part of the grand opening of the German Shepherd Rescue’s new location on Prospect Street.
