INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – Indianapolis-based benefits and compensation advisory firm FirstPerson has appointed Mark Minner as its new president. The firm has also named Matt Henry as chief people officer and Alli Isaacs as vice president of client experience.

Minner joined FirstPerson in 2012 and most recently served as chief strategy officer, a position he will continue to hold. Minner worked in marketing, sales and advising before being named a managing director in 2016.

“Having succeeded in so many facets of our business, Mark brings a holistic, client-focused leadership to our team. He understands what will help our clients succeed and how to ensure that our team is structured and motivated to deliver the right solutions for each client’s unique situation,” said FirstPerson founder and Chief Executive Officer Bryan Brenner.

Henry will focus on the firm’s internal workings as chief people officer. In his new role, FirstPerson says he will help ensure that employees are equipped to meet clients’ needs and that the firm models the people-centric practices and philosophies it prescribes for clients.

Isaacs has been with FirstPerson for five years and was most recently senior director of sales and advisory. She was a member of FirstPerson’s sales and advisory team and will help the firm connect clients with solutions, deploy tools and opportunities, and eliminate barriers that might impede client success.
