CARMEL, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – A new showroom is set to open on the first floor of the 82,000-square-foot Indiana Design Center in Carmel. Owners Cori and Scott Brown say Glass House Gallery is a rebranded concept which combines their two companies, Franklin Window and Door and Lorenzo Finestre, into one location.

Glass House Gallery is expected to open in September.

“We are passionate about sourcing the very best products that are able to transform the look and feel of a home, and with both of our companies’ lines all being in the same space, it will be that much easier to offer the best experience and service to our clients,” said Cori Brown, chief executive officer of Lorenzo Finestre and Franklin Window and Door.

The owners say the gallery will showcase product lines carried by Franklin Window and Door and Lorenzo Finestre, as well as Marvin Windows and European lines such as Oikos and MHB Steel. The showroom will feature architectural building products for residential and commercial spaces.

The company says it was originally planning to open its showroom on the second floor of the IDC, but when the larger ground floor space became available, the owners decided to merge their two businesses.
