INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — Indianapolis-based Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers is planning to hire more than 2,700 employees this year in six states. The company says the growing need for ABA therapy is requiring them to hire in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, Arizona and Colorado, with plans to also add up to 20 more locations within the next year.

The company says it plans to add three new spots in Colorado this month.

“Our mission remains to provide support and essential therapy services to as many children with autism spectrum disorder as possible,” said Hopebridge Chief Executive Officer Dennis May. “In order to provide the absolute best care to these children and their families, we are continuously seeking top talent in behavioral health. Each hire ensures that every child at Hopebridge receives the one-on-one therapy they deserve.”

May says open positions include board certified behavioral analysts, registered behavior technicians, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists and language pathologists. A complete list of centers can be found here, with job opportunities listed here
