Investigators: Schizophrenic man strangled grandmother
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis man has been charged for the murder of his grandmother.
Investigators said 21-year-old Richard Norris killed his grandmother, 78-year-old Lucille Gladney, by strangling her.
Norris was found driving Gladney’s car and was arrested.
Police say Norris had blood on his hands.
Family members told investigators that Norris has a history of schizophrenia.
