Kokomo police looking for suspect connected to 2 robberies

KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) – Police are looking for a suspect connected to two separate robberies in Kokomo.

According to police, a white female suspect entered the Village Pantry located at 2102 South Dixon Road on June 25 around at 11:20 p.m.

Police said the suspect indicated she had a gun and demanded money from the cash register. The store clerk provided the suspect with an undisclosed amount of cash, then the suspect fled on foot.

The suspect is described as:

  • Mid-20s
  • Approximately 5’2″ – 5’4″ tall
  • Weighs in between 110 and 120 pounds

Police said she was wearing dark pants, dark rimmed prescription glasses, and a gray hooded sweatshirt at the time of the robbery.

No injuries were reported.

In addition, police said they were sent to the Community First Bank located at 2021 South Dixon Road on June 26 after reports of a window at the bank to be shattered.

Police said after looking at the bank surveillance tape, it appeared to be the same suspect who robbed the Village Pantry.
