Lawrence police looking for armed robbery suspect

LAWRENCE, Ind. (WISH) – Police need help locating a armed robbery suspect who robbed a Dollar General Store this month.

Police say the robbery happened on Jan. 14, around 8:55 p.m. at 8050 Pendleton Pike.

According to police, the suspect entered the store and told the cashier to give him all the money in the register. The suspect displayed a gun to the victim. He then fled westbound on foot from the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was described as a black male, who was around five feet six inches tall and had a short fade haircut. He was wearing a dark colored jacket with a fur lined hood, blue jeans and black and white shoes.
