Drone with infrared technology helps Monroe County deputies locate suspect
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) — Deputies with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday located a suspect by using a drone with infrared technology.
The suspect had fled from deputies in a vehicle and then fled on foot.
The video shows the suspect fleeing and the drone tracking his movements.
The suspect eventually came to a stop and deputies apprehended him.
The department has not identified the suspect or said whether he will face criminal charges.
