Indianapolis Moms: How to handle anxiety
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — It’s the time of year when major stressors are in full swing — heading back to school, changing schedules and the end of summer.
Monisha Mitchell, a mental health therapist and contributor for Indianapolis Moms, was on Daybreak Wednesday to discuss anxiety and offer tips for easing the mind.
“Slow down,” she said. “Give your mind a break.”
