Statewide Silver Alert issued for missing 78-year-old man
ROCHESTER, Ind. (WISH) – A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 78-year-old man.
Police say Rodney Howard, who was last seen in Rochester, Indiana, has been missing since Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 2:30 a.m.
Howard is described as a white male, standing 5’11” tall and weighing 298 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police say he was last seen driving a red 2013 Ford Escape with Indiana license plate RKM370.
