Theft report: 100+ DVDs not returned to Irvington library

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — More than 100 DVDs were checked out of an Indianapolis Public Library branch and never returned. 

On Thursday, a report was filed with Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.  

The police report said the theft occurred the morning of Feb. 15 at the Irvington branch, 5625 E. Washington St. 

The report lists two suspects, ages 29 and 31, but their names were redacted. 

IMPD Patrolman Michael Hewitt said Thursday night that the investigation appears to be active. He said a detective may be able to provide more information Friday.
