INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A mild and misty start with temperatures in the lower to mid-40s. Clouds will stick around through the entire day.
Highs will warm to the lower 60s. A cold front out west will approach the state Thursday afternoon which will spark up storms later Thursday. Some of the storms could be on the stronger side. A marginal risk extends from Indy and points south while southern Indiana has a slight risk. Main threats will be gusty winds and hail. Further south has a higher risk of a few tornadoes. Storms will move out late Thursday night with lows in the upper 30s.
Friday will feel much colder with highs in the upper 40s to near 50° with a mainly sunny sky.
This weekend looks to start cool with a light wintry mix through the day Saturday. Sunday will be a brighter and warmer day with highs in the upper 40s.
A few showers to start next week with highs rebounding to the 50s.
