One bone-in pork chop (raw)
One knife (for making small incision)

Pepper
Two teaspoons of oil
One tablespoon of soy sauce – removed from packaging and placed in a ramekin
One tablespoon of red wine vinegar – removed from packaging and placed in a ramekin
One teaspoon of Tabasco sauce – removed from packaging and placed in a ramekin
One teaspoon of cayenne pepper – removed from packaging and placed in a ramekin
½ cup of light brown sugar – removed from packaging and placed in a ramekin
One small sauce pot
1 cup of beef stock
One small onion, chopped
One clove of garlic, chopped
One tablespoon of Bourbon – removed from packaging and placed in a ramekin
One already prepared glaze, from restaurant – placed in bowl
