Babysitter accused of child sex crimes in SC, report says
SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – Deputies have charged a woman who is accused of inappropriately touching the girl she was babysitting several years ago.
According to warrants, the three incidents happened between August 2012 and August 2014 in South Carolina.
Julia Frances Constance,29, is charged three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
According to the report, Constance was babysitting the girl who was between the ages of 9 and 10 at the time while her mother was at work.
Deputies were first informed of the sexual offense in February 2018.
Constance was arrested Friday and is being held in the Spartanburg County Detention Center on $45,000 bond.
