A few sprinkles this morning with highs in the lower 60s
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A few sprinkles this morning dampening the roads for the morning commute. Light showers will move out late morning early afternoon with a stray sprinkle possible for the afternoon. Highs today with warm to the lower to mid 60s. Clouds will stick around for tonight holding temperatures in the lower 50s.
This weekend will be a split one with the better of the two days being Saturday with highs soaring to the lower 70s with partly to mostly sunny skies. Shower and storm chances will increase through the day on Sunday. There is the potential for stronger to severe thunderstorms through the afternoon and early evening. Marginal risk across central portions of the state while southern Indiana is under a slight risk. Highs during the day will warm to the lower 70s.
Monday will start on a wet note with showers and a bit cooler with day time highs in the upper 60s. Showers will move out Tuesday with highs slowly cooling through the lower 60s then 50s by the end of the week with shower and storm chances by next Friday.
