INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – February is American Heart Month.
Those are Community Health are using the occasion to challenge people to do something that’s healthy for their heart.
Mike Granato, Community Health coach, was on Daybreak Monday.
He discussed two types of exercise to focus on for a healthier heart.
He mentioned aerobic and resistance exercise, how much each of both each person should be getting and provided some examples.
