INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Each and every week, Patty Spitler shares a fun, exciting and informative story connected to central Indiana.
This week, Patty reflected on renowned Hoosier artist Nancy Noel who recently passed away after a battle with cancer.
Patty talked to Noel in February 2016 while visiting her home in Zionsville.
“My painting really talks to the spiritual side of us,” said Noel. “I’m blessed beyond belief.”
