IU: Football player suspended pending investigation

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) – Indiana University officials released a statement on Tuesday night that one of their football players was suspended immediately from the football team pending an investigation.

The university released the following statement:

Indiana University junior Darius Latham has been suspended immediately and indefinitely from competition with the football team pending the resolution of a proceeding with Indiana University Office of Student Ethics.

There will be no further comment regarding this matter until that proceeding is concluded.
