Man waving American flag over I-465 to honor victims of 9/11
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An Indianapolis man will be waving an American flag over I-465 for 12 hours Tuesday.
James Clark is doing it to honor the people who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001.
He’s been waving the flag to honor those people every year since the terror attacks.
Many cars honk as they drive by and people often bring him food and drinks throughout the day.
Clark will be waving the flag until 6:01 p.m.
