Mini Marathon nutritional tips

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Mini Marathon is set for Saturday.

Close to 30,000 people will take part in the big race.

However, before taking your marks at the starting line, there are some ways to help you get your body ready for the run.

Kaitlyn Wong, a registered dietitian, stopped by Daybreak Tuesday with some helpful nutritional tips.
