Pothole on I-65 SB on northwest side causing drivers headaches
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – It’s now pothole season in Indianapolis.
While potholes can often be an issue in and around the Circle City, one in particular was giving drivers headaches Thursday morning.
News 8’s Kevin Ratermann was on scene of a pothole on I-65 SB near 71st Street on the city’s northwest side.
As many as 10 drivers in that area sustained flat tires as a result of that hole in the road, leaving them stranded on either side of the road.
The Indianapolis Department of Transportation is blocking the right lane in that area until they are able to get on the scene and fix it.
