To celebrate, we’ve enlisted the help of Antonio and Enrique, IXCA Mexican Kitchen, as they make us some Classic Shrimp Tacos and a Cocktail!
Celebrating Cinco de Mayo at IXCA Mexican Kitchen
* 1lb of shrimp
* 2 teaspoons of Paprika
* 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 1/4 cups of vinegar
* 1/2 cup of orange juice
* Pico de Gallo (Tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, lime juice)
* Corn Tortillas
