One-on-one with Hoosier Head Coach Mike Woodson

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — What can we expect from Indiana University basketball this upcoming season?

News 8 has an exclusive interview with new Head Coach Mike Woodson. He explains his transition to the college ranks, after spending over 30 years in the NBA.

“To be able to circle back to where I played, where I grew up as a kid, is unbelievable. It’s hard to even explain,” Woodson said.

“It’s been full force. We started practicing a couple of weeks ago and that’s been a treat to be back out on the floor and work with these young men.”

Woodson also weighed in on how the new roster is coming together during the summer portion of their calendar.
