Another cold night on tap

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We cleared out last night and temperatures dropped into the teens across most of central Indiana.

TONIGHT: Skies stay clear and temperatures fall into the middle and upper teens again.

TOMORROW: Fog will be possible early Monday morning. Since temperatures are in the teens there’s a chance we may see some freezing fog. Give yourself some extra time for the morning commute.

Look for lots of sunshine during the afternoon.  It’s still going to be below normal with highs in the upper 30s but with lots of sunshine it should feel a little better.

TUESDAY: The sunshine sticks around for the day Tuesday and temperatures climb a little closer to our normal high of 41.

8 DAY FORECAST: Temperatures climb into the 40s for the rest of the work week.  Along with the warmer temperatures we’ll also see a good chance for some rain.  A storm system heads this way for the middle and end of the week.  Clouds increase throughout the day Wednesday and we may even see a few scattered showers late Wednesday night.

A better chance of rain comes Thursday through Saturday.  While most of the precipitation will be in the form of rain there’s a little snow that could mix in early Thursday morning as temperatures fall into the 30s.
