Seasonal start to the week with sizzling heat this weekend
Warm and muggy start to the morning with temperatures in the upper 60s. A few spotty light showers south of Indianapolis some southern counties could see a few of the shower/storms turn strong to severe with the main threat being damaging winds and hail. Showers will taper out but will leave behingd a bit of cloud cover overnight.
Tuesday holds a better chance of scattered showers anytie during the day. Highs still near the seasonal mark topping out in the mid to lower 80s. There will be plenty of dry time throughout the afternoon as well. Marginal risk of strong to severe thunderstorms possible during the afternoon in NW parts of the state with the main threat as gusty winds.
Wednesday will be another soggy day with highs in the mid 80s once again with the threat of severe weather possible with a marginal risk in NE parts of the state. By mid week anb additional 1.00″ of rain.
After the rain moves out in comes the sizzling hot temperatures with 90s returning Thursday, Friday amd through the weekend with feel like temperatures nearing the triple digit mark!
