INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An Indianapolis church is looking for names to add to its COVID-19 community memorial.

Faith Presbyterian Church says the memorial will be a 9′ tall mosaic made of 1,000 tiles.

Each tile will have the name of someone who died from the virus.

The church says you can submit someone’s name for free.
