Look for new or changing spots on skin
See board certified dermatologist for any new or suspicious spots or anything itching,charging or bleeding

Focus on Prevention: reduce UV damage
Seek shade (10am-2pm)
Wear sun protective clothing (hats, sunglasses, long sleeves)
Avoid Tanning beds (20 min equivalent to hours in mid-day sun)
Self-Tanners are safe
Wear Sun screen
Spf 30 or higher
Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming
Use generous amount
Throw away after expiration or 1 summer`
Zinc and titanium are ideal igredients for children
Indiana Law now requires that children be allowed to carry apply non-aerosol sunscreen at school
