317 Bride Expo assists those on a budget
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A crowd of the newly-engaged came to the bridal expo at the Athenaeum on Sunday to learn shortcuts to plan the perfect wedding on a tight budget.
The 317 Bride Indianapolis Bridal Show and Expo was held at 407 East Michigan Street in Indianapolis between 12 and 3 p.m.
Plenty of local vendors were present to help brides and grooms budget, inspire, and book appointments for their big days.
Sunday’s 317Bride Expo was a bit different, because they offered the ability to plan a wedding in as little as one day and with a limited allowance.
Although sometimes health issues or economic status might prevent what otherwise would be a very memorable occasion, the bridal event circumvented those issues by offering a variety of vendors that could assist with car and limo service, bridal gowns, tuxedo rentals, invitations, photographers, music, facilities, hair and make-up professionals, bakeries, and even exercise mavens.
There was no admission cost to enter, however any donations went to a local charity.
