1 shot, killed on near north side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One person is dead following a shooting on the city’s near north side Tuesday afternoon, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
IMPD said officers were called to the 600 block of West 30th Street just before 2 p.m. for a possible death investigation.
After arriving on the scene, officers found an adult male with injuries that appeared to be from a gunshot.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
No victim or suspect information has been released.
