Healthy, helpful habits to assist with weight loss

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – As the pandemic has affected many, often in a number of different ways, people have found ways to cope with the situation.

Some people may have found comfort with food and may have led to putting on a little extra weight.

Kaitlyn Wong, a dietitian with Community Health, was on Daybreak Monday to explain that it’s never too late to start more healthy habits.

Some of her helpful and healthy tips include tracking what you drink and eat in order to promote and practice more mindful eating and choosing individually wrapped snacks over mindless munching.
