Virtual Innovation Showcase to spotlight Hoosier startups
INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — The Venture Club of Indiana will Tuesday host its annual Innovation Showcase. The event, which will be held virtually this year, is designed to shine a spotlight on 20 of “Indiana’s most promising startups,” which will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas in front of an audience of venture capitalists, angel investors and entrepreneurs.
The participating companies were nominated by the Venture Club’s venture capitalist and angel investor members. To be eligible for the competition, the startups must be Indiana-based, have raised under $2.5 million to date, be positioning to raise more funding within 12 months, and the nominating investor must have already invested in the company.
Additionally, the startups cannot have placed in the top 3 at any prior Innovation Showcase.

The showcase will begin with a virtual exhibit room where attendees can visit with each pitch company, view their pre-recorded pitch, and network virtually with other attendees.
