How to shed ‘pandemic pounds’

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – If stay-at-home rules and the stresses of 2020 have added to your waistline, you’re not alone.

Our friends from Community Health stopped by Daybreak Monday.

They shared a two-pronged approach to shedding pandemic pounds.

Dietitian Kaitlyn Wong talked discussed some healthy eating tips, including concocting a plan to renew interest in cooking.

Additionally, Mike Granato, a health coach with Community Health, demonstrated some exercises to help get you moving and discussed ways to help you incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
