Troy Riggs on Dallas: ‘This is something we haven’t seen before in local law enforcement’

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Chief, Troy Riggs, joined 24-Hour News 8’s studios Friday morning to discuss the Dallas shooting.

12 Dallas Officers were shot in all, five are dead and seven are injured after snipers open fired on Dallas police during protests Thursday evening.
