VP Pence, Gov. Holcomb set to make jobs announcement

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Vice President Mike Pence will return to Indianapolis Thursday to join Governor in is expected to be a major announcement about new jobs.

There are reports that tech-giant Infosys is ready to build a hub in Indianapolis.

24-Hour News 8 reached out to the airport to confirm that information, their spokesperson referred us to the state  – specifically the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.

According to Gov. Holcomb Office, Vice President Mike Pence will join Holcomb, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett for an announcement regarding Infosys.

Pence had been scheduled to speak in Camel on Thursday to talk about the recent tax code overhaul. The event has now been postponed.
