Kashi recalls snack bars, Bear Naked Granola due to possible health risk
SOLANA BEACH, Cali. (WISH) – Kashi Company is recalling some of it’s products related to its previously announced recall of snack bars and granola that contain ingredients made from sunflower seeds by SunOpta that have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The updated recall includes two “best if used before” dates on:
- Kashi GOLEAN Honey Pecan Baklava Bars – July 21, August 7, September 13, September 22, October 20;
- Bear Naked Soft Baked Granola, Cinnamon + Sunflower Butter – August 13 through January 11, 2017;
The date codes are on the top of the box of the Honey Pecan Baklava Bars, and at the bottom of the Bear Naked Granola.
