Reporter says she has 2nd source on Manning HGH allegation

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The reporter behind the story that human growth hormone was delivered to former Colts quarterback Peyton Manning says she has a second source for the claims.

Last week’s story on Al Jazeera America claimed HGH was sent to Manning’s home from the Indianapolis-based Guyer Institute, an anti-aging clinic.

The initial source for the story recanted his claim before the program aired.

The reporter told CNN Sunday the second source was confidential and couldn’t be named.

If Manning plans on suing over the report, he may have a tough go at it, legal experts say.
