FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) — The new multi-million assisted living community Evergreen Village is holding a ribbon-cutting as it opens this month in Fort Wayne. The community is designed for seniors of all incomes who need affordable assisted living and care.

The facility combines private apartment-living with personal help and medical assistance, along with recreation options including a bistro, library, fitness center, theater and more.

“Residents also will benefit from all of the opportunities that will be available to socialize with friends and neighbors and to participate in activities and special programs,” says community administrator Amanda Palace.

Evergreen Village was developed by Gardant Management Solutions and will offer 51 full, and part-time employment with an annual payroll with benefits estimated at nearly $2 million, when fully occupied. Evergreen Village also operates a property in Bloomington.
