Lafayette police safely locate missing child
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — Police in Lafayette have safely located a missing girl
11-year-old Michelle Perkins was found around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday after being last seen at Amelia Earhart Elementary at 2:45 p.m.
The young girl was last seen wearing a red cowl neck shirt with a black shawl and black tights.
The Lafayette Police Department describes her as a four foot tall, 120 pound black female.
