How to read nutrition labels

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – March is National Nutrition Month.

A big part of eating the right way is being able to properly read nutrition labels.

Kaitlyn Wong, a dietitian from Community Health, stopped by Daybreak Thursday.

She discussed how to go about reading nutrition labels and discerning the information contained on them.

Some of what talked about were the importance of serving size and the number calories.
