Silver Alert canceled for missing 16-year-old in Decatur County

UPDATE: Indiana State Police on Sunday night canceled the Silver Alert for 16-year-old Olivia Sherfield.

ST. PAUL, Ind. (WISH) — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old girl missing from Decatur County and believed to be in danger or to require medical assistance.

Olivia Sherfield was last seen around 1:38 p.m. Sunday getting into a small, black, single-cab truck with “SPORT” written on the back window.

Police describe Sherfield as 5-feet-5 and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, wearing white-washed blue jeans and a long-sleeved white shirt.
