Stolen Walmart trailer recovered in Northern Indiana
MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WISH) — One man has been arrested after police found a stolen Walmart trailer in the middle of a front yard.
The Mishawaka Police Department arrested 42-year-old Josephvon Johnson in the case. He faces a preliminary charge of theft.
Police say it was full of new merchandise when it was stolen in Lansing, Illinois.
WSBT reports that several people were unloading the stolen merchandise into a garage when police arrived. A total of six people were questioned in the incident.
