Teenager transported to hospital after shooting
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One person was injured in a shooting that occurred around 1 a.m. Sunday morning.
The shooting happened in the 1100 block of West 29th Street.
The 13-year-old victim was shot in the arm. A bullet came through the front window of a house and struck the teenager.
According to police, the male victim was transported to Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in stable condition.
Police say they are still investigating and they have no description of a suspect at this time.
