Indy 500 named a ‘Best Motorsports Race’ nominee, fans asked to vote

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis 500 is called the “the Greatest Spectacle in Racing” and one publication to seeking to find out if that is true.
USA Today has named the iconic race as one of their “Best Motorsports Race” nominees and is asking fans to vote in the poll.
Currently, the annual race that takes place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is No. 4 in the poll.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the race, normally run during the Memorial Day weekend, is scheduled for Aug. 23.
