INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A cold start to the morning with temperatures dipping into the mid to upper 30s! Luckily, we see plenty of sunshine through the morning helping boost temperatures to mid to upper 40s through the morning with day time highs warming to the upper 60s! Sunshine will continue through the afternoon. On Tuesday night skies will remain mainly clear and will cool temperatures to the lower 50s and upper 40s.
Wednesday will be the next chance for a few light showers anytime during the day. A few sprinkles are possible through the morning with a mostly cloudy sky. A few scattered showers are possible through the afternoon with highs warming to the lower 70s. Thursday should be a mainly dry day with an isolated storm chance especially in northern parts of the state. A marginal risk of stronger to severe storms is possible. Highs will continue to warm with highs warming to the upper 70s to near 80.
Later this week highs will warm to the mid-80s with a few scattered showers and storms during the day. The 80s will stick around for the weekend with highs still warm with most locations in the lower to mid-80s. It’ll stay dry for Saturday with a chance of a few showers and storms returning come Sunday. Highs still on the warm side topping out in the lower 80s.
