    Mary Chaille with the Indiana House Rabbit Society shares tips about rabbits as pets.

    With Easter coming up many people start thinking rabbits, and a big push for our group is to educate people about rabbit ownership and help them to realize that rabbits aren't for Easter.

    A rabbit is a 10 to 12 year commitment more suited to older children and adults. Our group rescues abandoned and abused rabbits, spays or neuters them and then they are housed in foster homes until they are adopted.
